My academic foundation
I completed my BSc in Textile Engineering and Management at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology. I graduated with a CGPA of 3.93 out of 4.00.
Learning to think about processes
My degree gave me a foundation in engineering and management. It encouraged me to think about how a process works, how its parts depend on each other and how decisions affect the outcome.
I value that combination as I move into data. Technical work becomes more useful when I understand the process and the business question behind it.
Learning beyond the classroom
During my time at BUFT, I was also involved in debate and student activities. These experiences gave me opportunities to organise, communicate and work with people outside a formal classroom setting.
Building on the degree
I have continued learning SQL, Power BI and data engineering alongside my professional work. My academic background remains part of that journey, even as the tools and problems I work with change.
