I completed the 2024 Aspire Leaders Program through Aspire Institute. The programme was founded at Harvard University and included teaching by Harvard Business School professors.
Reflecting on leadership
The programme gave me a structured opportunity to think about leadership, communication and personal development. I connected those topics with my experience in student activities and the responsibilities I was beginning to take on professionally.
How I carry it forward
I want to apply that learning by communicating clearly, taking responsibility for my work and remaining open to feedback. Those habits matter in product coordination as well as in my transition into data.
