02 / A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT
Before I started building dashboards, I worked with the decisions they are meant to support.
I'm Shaharier Shourov. I work remotely from Bangladesh as a Product Coordinator in the ANZ Lifestyle Business Unit at New Era Cap, serving the Australian market. Before that, I spent about a year in merchandising at Dekko ISHO Group, working on Ralph Lauren accounts.
That background gives my move into data a practical starting point. I want to understand what a number means for the people using it, then build the analysis or workflow that helps them act on it.
I graduated from BUFT with a BSc in Textile Engineering and Management and a CGPA of 3.93 out of 4.00. Alongside work, I have been developing my SQL and Power BI skills and continuing my learning in Python.
